Facilitator, multidisciplinary artist & much more.

Hi, I’m Britt Pham!

I’m a first-generation Vietnamese-Lao-American, a child of refugees, and a lover of all things disco.

My work lies at the intersection of healing, culture, and liberation work, helping us connect the individual and the collective.

I love holding space for nuanced conversations, playing instruments that make your brain & body feel GOOD, and eating delicious food.

Kind Words

  • As a facilitator, Britt shows up honestly, compassionately, creatively — and is not afraid to lean into hard coaching conversations. I am consistently blown away by the way she reimagines the way we think and do things... Emotionally, I'm walking away feeling deep care, respect, love, and embrace from our time together.

    — Ji Hae Byun, Founder, LIVIN NYC

  • A weaver — of people, ideas, communities, and shared values. Britt creates spaces that welcome you in — spaces where you can feel safe to be yourself, to experiment with art, to expand your mindset, and to meet new people who may have never crossed your path otherwise.

    — Jackie Shihadeh, Writer & Producer

  • Britt navigates everything she does and every space she's in with deep intention, empathy, and provocation — continuously challenging the "what is" with the "what if"s in ways that feel safe, loving, and playful.

    — Monica Koh, Facilitator & Musician
